» Feature Writer Alan L. Hammond - Most Important Major poll

Let me say that I agree with whoever voted for the Masters as the most important major in the poll on the Suite101 Golf homepage.
The discussion goes live tomorrow, but I think it's shaping up tobe a sort of "rematch" from last year with Tiger and Tim Clark. It's still early though.

It didn't take long for Applebee to begin a descent. Here's to a quick turn around for him. I'd like to see another classic finish.

» Feature Writer Alan L. Hammond - Tiger has the lead alone.

Tiger is in the lead (big surprise), but others (Toms in particular) are playing better at this point.

» Feature Writer Alan L. Hammond - Vaughn Taylor

It would be a great story if Taylor won. Gary Player had some good words for him after their round together on Thursday.
