Vijay Singh jumped from third to first on the Money list after winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. Tiger Woods dropped out of the top-10.
1. Vijay Singh - Vijay continued his streak of making every cut this year in spectacular fashion by winning his second tournament, and 31st career win, at a difficult Bay Hill. He appears to be in top form.
2. Charles Howell, III - A bit of an off-week saw Howell finish T56 at Bay Hill. Still, he had only one poor round, a 76 on Sunday. Just a hiccup in an otherwise great year so far.
3. Phil Mickelson - A T36 finish at Bay Hill may not have been what he was looking for, but the course played extremely tough this year. In his six other starts this year, Lefty has a win and a second place finish.
4. John Rollins - Although he is quietly under the radar of most, Suite 101 Golf is now a member of the Rollins Band. After a fifth-place finish at Arnold's Invitational, under some of the toughest conditions, he's made believers out of many. He's been in the top-ten money leaders all year. Rollins now has two second place finishes and seven top-25's in nine starts.
5. Aaron Baddeley - An 8-over par only put him in T45 position at Bay Hill, a tournament that saw several great players leave before the weekend.
6. Henrik Stenson - The Accenture World Match Play champion made a respectable showing at Bay Hill, with a T22 finish. He posted rounds of 68-71-72-72, great scores considering by Sunday the greens were as soft as asphalt.
7. Mark Calcavecchia - Another of this year's winners to make a good showing. Calc finished in a tie for 28th this week to continue a strong year.
8. Trevor Immelman - The South African jumped four spots into the top-10 with a ninth-place finish at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
9. Mark Wilson - His tie for 36th this week extended his string of cuts made to seven, every tournament he has entered this year. He's having a banner year.
10. Geoff Ogilvy - Back into the top-10 after finishing T14 in his first start since the Match Play Championship. He's number eight in the World Golf Ranking.
25. Boo Weekley - His T14 finish this week, even after a rules violation in which he attempted to help his fellow competitor, helped him to gain four spots this week. When most players would have been shaken by the penalty, Weekley just shrugged it off. That attitude will pay big dividends in the end.
