Pebble Beach has previously hosted the US Open in 1972, 1982, 1992 and 2000. The course is being enhanced for the 2010 championship under the guidance of Arnold Palmer and will prove a testing venue for the World's elite golfers.
The 2009 tournament was dogged by poor weather with the tournament extending into the Monday afternoon. Luke Glover, with a final round 73 triumphed by two strokes from Ricky Barnes, David Duval and Phil Mickleson.

The Open Championship 2010

The 150th anniversary of The Open sees the tournament return to The Old Course at St Andrews where Tiger Woods will be seeking a third consecutive win at the venue known as the home of golf.
The 2009 Open at Turnberry will long be remembered for the exploits of Tom Watson. The veteran almost produced one of the greatest victories in the history of the game before finally being beaten in a play off by Stewart Cink.

PGA Championship 2010

The 92nd PGA Championship will be held at the challenging and characterful Whistling Straits in Wisconsin .
Y.E Yang scored a remarkable victory in the 2009 PGA Championship with a three stroke triumph over Tiger Woods, the first occasion Woods has lost a Major while leading going into the final round.

2010 Golf Majors
It is unlikely 2010 will be as unpredictable as 2009. Tiger Woods is sure to be focused on adding to his his long list of major titles and it would not be a surprise to see him dominate once more. With no serious challengers for his crown as world number one 2010 could well be a spectacular year for the Tiger.
